I won't bore you with the details of the database crash and subsequent rebuild because at the end of the day the loss of all my hard work crushed me enough that it's taken me this long to try to do something about it. But here we are! There are still a few broken bits, mostly links to photos, but I shall trawl through some old hard drives and try to upload them. I'm not going to re-instate the forums. Getting this working is enough for now :)

Of course, whether anyone is ever going to see it again is another thing, I imagine the visitor count is currently zero, so if you do happen across the archive, perhaps spread the word to anyone you think would be interested.

A lot has changed in the Bristol area in the last few years and so the archive has a bit of catching up to do. But it still serves it's purpose well.

There are quite a few ways to navigate this website. The menu on the left gives access to quite a few of the Bristol-area stations. Each page has links at the top that enable the viewer to take a virtual 'journey' along the line.

*A gallery of New Photos is Here
*This page lists all the Recent Changes.
*Clicking This Link will take you to a random page.

It's also possible to navigate by Category. So, for instance, if you're looking for photos of Bridges you can click Here, Signals can be found Here, Electrical Cabinets Here etc. All Categories are listed Here

If you've contributed photos then This Page may be an interesting place to start browsing from :)

If you like the website then please consider contributing! If you have any photos of the railway system in and around Bristol then there's a lot of people who read this website who'd like to see them! We're more interested in the structures and lineside views than three-quarter views of locos, but I'll happily upload anything Bristol-related. Photos can be sent to me by email. The address is moo-at-moocow.me.uk</text>
