New Passage Pier
New Passage Pier officially opened on the 25th August 1863, although it didn't open to the public until the 8th September due to the Board of Trade inspector finding issue with some of the lineside fences. The pier closed during 1886 with the opening of the Severn Tunnel.
The pier itself was 1,635 ft long and had it's own hotel and private gas works.

All that remains of the pier is this stump sticking out into the water.
