Well, when I said storms through I obviously meant 40mph... The loop is the Down Goods Loop.

A zoomed view showing Brougham Hayes road bridge and the down goods loop. Just visible in the distance, on the right hand side, are sidings serving the Bath & NE Somerset Council Refuse Transfer Station. This was built on the site of Westmoreland Road Goods Depot.
