A similar view taken from Locksbrook Road on 19.7.07. The area in front of the bridge was being used for car parking, and the bridge has palisade fencing put in place to prevent trespass. The large diameter pipe (missing in the 1988 photos) was labelled 'Pumped Sewage' and follows the course of the railway for quite some distance. This was put in place during 2005-2006 and connects a Wessex Water pumping station at Midland Road with a sewage treatment plant at Saltford.
