History
This bridge acts as an aquaduct for the River Yeo, access for farm vehicles and a public footpath.

A view of a bridge at the very south of Long Ashton near Gatcombe Farm. -
A close up that really shows off the patchwork of bricks used during repairs. Also note the writing inside the arch of the bridge. This relates to the cant of the track. -

A view of the south portal of this bridge. You can see the bridge walls in the previous photo are much higher than this portal. This is because a river crosses the railway at this point on a separate part of the bridge. -

The bridge is used by farmers to get to the fields and woods beyond. -

Looking south towards Flax Bourton Tunnel. The main Bristol to Nailsea road crosses the railway at this spot.
